How to use our colour schemes

Once you've found the perfect colour scheme for your project, it's time to put it into action! Here are a few tips on how to effectively use our colour schemes in your interior design:

Balancing the colours: The largest segment of colour in the palette is designed to be used on approx. 40% of the room’s surfaces. The further, smaller segments are designed to each be used in approx. 15%-20% of the room. The final segment on the right represents the flooring, or other finishes in the room such as door handles and light fittings.

Feature wall: Use one of the colours as an accent on a feature wall to add visual interest and create a focal point in the room.

Furniture and accessories: Incorporate the colours into your furniture, upholstery, and accessories such as throw pillows, rugs, and artwork to tie the room together.

Lighting: Consider how different lighting conditions can affect the appearance of colours in your space. Test paint samples and experiment with lighting to achieve the desired ambiance. Don’t forget to check how the colour changes at night vs how it looks during daytime.

Texture and contrast: Pair contrasting colours and textures to add depth and dimension to your design, creating a dynamic and visually engaging space.
