Whole property design: Commercial multi-purpose venue
To include the following:
Create a flexible furnishings plan for the property to be used as a luxury retreat getaway, but also as a training venue for hire
Devise a concept that creates a cosy, welcoming feeling, leaning towards Autumnal tones matched with copper highlights.
Design space usage solutions to accommodate multiple different target markets
Property on three floors, including a lounge / training room, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two sides of the building have patio doors leading to the exterior garden spaces.
